Returns and Replacements
Exotic Gemz Boutique is temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect against risk COVID-19 exposure. Returns of merchandise will not be accepted until further notice.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or if you, believe you have received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary adjustments.
Should any item in your order arrive damaged, please send an email within 3 days of delivery to exoticgemzbykisha@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the item as it was received.
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Items must be unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
To start a replacement request, you can contact us via email at exoticgemzbykisha@gmail.com. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirming the availability of your item and tracking information via email will follow once the replacement item is shipped.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please email us at exoticgemzbykisha@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order .
